Hello Mrs. Grabfelder’s Class!

The final stories in The Stinky Cheeseman and Other Fairly Stupid Tales. At the end of the book,  I will talk about a part of the book on the back called the ISBN. It stands for International Standard Book Number. The ISBN is a identification number for every book published. There is usually (but not always) a barcode with the ISBN. This also includes each version if the book published. If a book comes in paperback and hardback, the hardback will have one ISBN, and the paperback will have its own ISBN. I can scan the ISBN and access information about the book on different websites and databases that involve books. We do NOT use the ISBN to check out books. Libraries use their own barcode and labeling system for checkouts.
