Today I started reading Nancy Clancy seeks a fortune. First she asks if they were wealthy. Her Mommy said no. So Nancy and Bree went looking for gold. They used a metal detector. They didn’t find anything in Bree’s backyard or in Nancy’s. When they went back to Bree’s house the metal detector started beeping. It was a necklace that Nancy lost.
I wonder what kinds of things you could find around here with a metal detector? That sounds like it could be an interesting story for you to write one day. Enjoy the book!
