In French class we have been learning how to identify things in nature. Here is a video I created using iMovie on an iPad to show what I can see, hear, touch and smell in nature.
We also acted out a story about la pollinisation. I was le papillon– the butterfly!
My pet monster’s name is Carter. He has black and purple fur. He can fly but he can’t fly really high. He is funny because he hangs from the ceiling and he tells jokes. He has four eyes one looks like his nose. He is one years old. He is 9 inches. He likes pizza with bugs on it. He is skinny. He loves apples. For dinner he always wants soup. Me and my monster like to go to the movies, play field hockey, play tag, jump on the trampoline, and read. I like my monster because he is small so he can help look for stuff. I also like my monster because his is funny.

The best part of me is my eyes. My eyes lets me watch the flies go by and they let me watch my dogs run and play. my eyes help me watch where I am going. I see colors all around with my eyes. The best way I use my eyes is to play field hockey. I love my eyes.

There are 17 kinds of penguins.Penguins push each other in the water to see if it is safe.Penguins nest in rocks.Penguins eat krill,shrimp and more.The funniest thing is if they jump out of the water.
I like winter because I love love love Christmas and I get to see my cousin Jackson. Christmas is fun because I love to play in the snow with Lydia and drink hot cocoa. I like winter because in the morning I get to find my elf.
I don’t like winter because my lips get chapped some times and the apple cider burns my lips.
On Thursday, December 13th we rode the bus to the Museum of Natural History. I went to the Hall of mammals. I saw a big brown bear and a moose. I watched a short movie about mammals. I also got to see The Ocean Hall. I saw a shark jaw and a big whale.Then, I got to see diamonds, like The Hope Diamond. Last I got to see bugs.
