In Spanish class we have been learning how to identify things in nature. Here is a video I created using iMovie on an iPad to show what I can see, hear, touch and smell in nature.
We also acted out a story about un conejo discovering nature! I was el árbol– the tree!

The best part of me is my hart. My hart has feelings. If I didn’t have a hart, I wouldn’t be here today because it pumps blood and oxygen into my body. I like my hart because I can say “I love you”to my parents. Without my heart, I wouldn’t be able to feel emotions.

I like winter because it is the only time I get hot chocolate. I love winter because I get to play football in the snow, but only when it is snowing lightly. I like winter because I get to play in the snow trying to build a snowman.
I don’t like winter because it gets too cold. I do not like it because when it is very cold it is very hard to catch a football. I don’t like it because after you play in the snow it is really hard to take off your clothes.
