For this week I have been reading The Sisters Grimm. In the story there were these two sisters named Sabrina and Daphne. They are foster kids and they have escaped from a lot of foster parents in the years. They found this one family who has kept them for awhile. They share a room and one night Sabrina was going to bed and she found a Tarantula on her face and she screamed and she woke up Daphne and she started screaming because Sabrina whacked it off her face and it  was in the bed crawling. The old lady came in and picked the spider up and started to pet it which Sabrina and Daphne got more scared. Sabrina got so tired of all the drama she went into a room that no one has ever been in. She saw a mirror and said I want to do what other people do and walk into the mirror. She walked in it and the mirror started to talk. He said I can show you what ever you want and Sabrina said I want to see my real parents and the mirror showed them and they were stuck and Sabrina started to cry and said I am going to find you.

Writing

When I was at the zoo I was excited. I was excited because we would be able to go to different places and see lots of animals. On the bus I sat with Jailyn. I liked sitting with her because we made jokes to laugh at.  I sat with Katie and Jailyn. I sat with them because they’re my friends . I liked seeing the Snow Leopard. I liked seeing it because it was what  I researched on for my endangered species project and because it was cute. I was surprised that 3 birds landed on my head. I was surprised because I didn’t know that they were so gentle. The two things I want to tell to a 3rd grader is that the zoo is really fun and that you will see mysterious things.

R:I liked it because it was me and my friends at the zoo.I also liked it because It showed how much fun I had.

I researched the Snow Leopard.I researched the Snow Leopard because it’s cute and I like Snow leopards. The first thing I did was I looked at books and then I took notes.Then I made my slide and Practice.I did some Fun Facts.The Snow Leopard can jump high as 3 giraffes standing on each other.Like most cat’s can roar but the Snow Leopard can’t roar.The baby cubs start hunting at 3 years old.

For my favorite meal I will have a sprite for my drink.I will have a Sprite because it is fizzy and tasty.I will have mac and cheese for my main meal. I will have mac and cheese because it’s my favorite and it has a cheesee tast to it.For my dessert I will have a whole chocolete cookie cake. I will have a cookie cake because I like cookies and I like cake and the frosting it so yummy.I will invite Charlotte because she is my best freind. I will also invite her because she is fun to hang out with.

During my perfect school day I would do math,buy lunch from school, and go to specials.In the morning during math we would play math games like Monster Math and bingo. We would use multiplication skills for each game.In Monster Math, Gabby is my partner.It’s really fun being with her because she makes it fun. During lunch,I get my lunch from school.I get the pizza lunch on every Friday.I would sit next to Katie Beth .I will sit next to her because she is my best friend and we make lots of jokes. In the afternoon, I would go to music.I like when we practice for are plays because we get lots of practice. I like when Mr.Santulli lets us play instruments.I also like when we play music games. In conclusion,during my perfect school day I would do math, get lunch from school,and go to specials.

Before the peformance I was nervous. I was nervous because there was alot of people and it was my first 3rd grade play. I was in Florida for the other play. My favorite song was called Discovery. I liked Discovery because the toun was good and it’s a long song. I liked finger symbols because when I hit my instrament it viberates. The finger symbols are loud and small.

In are class we’ve been doing a kind bingo sheet and you have to be kind to color in a square.If you get 5 in a row at the end of the week which is friday you get an extra recess. For the kindagarten peformence they did a lion peformence.They dressed up in colorful clothes and the color there clothes were they had the same color braclet on.for the goverment we have been learning about local states.My favorite specials are Music and Spanish.I like it because for Bingo we got a square For Spanish and for music we might get a square and because I really like Music and Spanish.

For my perfect snow day I will go outside and build a igloo.My igloo will be big for people to sit in it and hang out in it.I’m going to do it with my two sisters and my two cousins.I’m doing it with them because I will need help building it hire.After when I go inside I will have hot coco. I will have marshmellows in my hot coco.After I have my hot coco I have s’mores.I like my s’mores just regular I don’t like my marshmellows birnt because then they taste funny and it’s all dirty brown looking.

For our field trip we had a tour guide and her name is Mrs.O’Connell.I like how she gave us extra time to look around. I liked seeing the room that George Washington past away in. His bed color was white and like had fethers and the walls were white too.I liked seeing the tomb and the circled reef.I liked seeing the tomb and the reef because we were really close to real George Washington and the reef was showind a sine.I liked seeing the real dress that Martha wore.I liked seeing it because it’s her real dress.
