Witches

This week I read a new book called The Witches. This book describes things about witches. Witches have square feet and big nostrils they have bald heads and wigs. They also have long fingers.
There is a boy in the book named Luke. He is the narrator. Before bed, his grandmother tells stories about witches. His grandmother describes that there is a high witch. The high witch is head of all the other witches.
That is all I read for this week but so far I enjoy this book.
I’m so glad you like the book thus far. I like how Roald Dahl, the author, writes in the first person, like he’s having a conversation with his reader. Try that when you write sometime. I hope you enjoy the rest of the book.
