We had fun on Egg Day! First we talked about how to make it fun for everyone. We decided we would not tell if we happened to find someone else’s egg. And we understood we could only take the eggs that had our name on them. There were six. After we had our plan, we went out to hunt the eggs Mrs. Kolotos had hidden on the playground. When everyone had found their six, we went back in. Then we took turns. Half the class hid the eggs in our classroom for the other half. Then we switched. It was as much fun to hide them as to hunt them! Finally, we got to open them. They were taped closed, so we had to work really hard to get into them. But boy was it worth it!
