We went on a field trip to Mount Vernon.  When we were there we saw his house.In his house we saw his room with a pan on the bed.The pan was to warm the bed.We also saw his special room where they hung there pictures.Next, we went outside and saw the kitchen, the smoke house,the goats,and the cows.Next,we saw his tomb I liked honoring Gorge Washington because he was the first president and won the war.My favorite part was seeing the movie Yorktown Now or Never.

Before the performance I felt a little scared and I thought people were going to laugh.In the performance my favorite song was discovery because I liked the song ,the music,and the insterments that they played.In the performance I played the drum because I enjoy playing it and I think it went well with the song.After the performance I felt a little embarrassed and happy at the same time but I feel great that I soung and did not mess up.

We have been working on a endangered species project for the last three weeks and mine is the Great white shark.The Great white shark is a fish because it has gills and lives in the ocean.It is also grey and white to blend in the water to ketch its prey.It’s belly is white because if someone is in the water and looks up the white belly blends in with the water.The Great white is big and weighs a lot.It can be 15 feet long when it’s an adult and it can weigh up to 5000 lbs.

The great white shark lives in the ocean near coasts like the Gulf of Mexico for the food because they love it.

Great white sharks have two to ten live young and reproduce once a year.The Great white sharks babies are called pups.When pups are born there mother doesn’t show care for it’s pups they swim away into the ocean to find food and sometimes the mother eats her pups.The Great white shark eats seals,fish,sea birds,eels,rays,baby whales,and other Great white sharks.The Great white shark lives a long time and that time is 70 years.

The Great white shark has a strong tale and it is shaped like a boomerang to help it swim fast in the water.It is also shaped like a torpedo to help it jet throw the water to catch it’s prey.The Great white shark attacks from under so it’s prey wont see it coming.The Great white shark has a good sense of smell and vision it can even smell one drop of blood from to miles away and it has a good sense of vision to spot a fat seal out of the corner of it’s eye.

The Great white shark is on the Vulnerable list because it is getting killed for it’s meat,skin,and teeth people are also over fishing which is taking there food away which is fish.People are also polluting and throwing jackets,trash bags and other stuff.

There are 3,500 Great white sharks left in the wild and people are making laws to stop people from over fishing and there stopping people from polluting.

Did you know the Great white sharks iris is blue not black it can also swim in three feet of water it’s sharp teeth are for ripping open a fat seals thick skin and the Great whites teeth are as sharp as a steak knife.

R: I chose this because at first I wasn’t interested with Great white sharks.Now I know a lot and the Great white shark is now my second favorite animal.

Last week 3rd grade went on a field trip to the Richmond zoo.I went with my mom,brother,and my friend Ruairi.We saw a lot of things like tigers,lions,snowleperds,cheetahs and lots of other things.We also had these sticks with seeds on them and little birds called buggys would fly and land on the stick and you got to look at the bird eat the seeds and while one bird was eating the seeds another one came and landed on my hand.We also got to feed the giraffes and one giraffe bit me on the hand.Then we had lunch and got to go to a gift shop then we went home and I got to watch TV.

In Spanish class we created a weather forecast. Eva was my partner. First we drew a map of Venezuela, then we prepared our scripts. Finally, we performed El Tiempo in front of the class!

The three branches of government are Legislative, Executive, and the Judicial.The Legislative branch makes the laws.Then sends them to the Executive branch so the president can make them a law or veto them. The Judicial branch has the Supreme Court in it and the Supreme Court is the highest court and the Judicial branch Interprets the law.All of the branches are equally balanced so no other branch is more powerful than than another.   That’s the way the founding fathers wanted it.

If I had a perfect meal it would be very cheesy pizza.My side dish would be macincheese and fries and my drink would be root beer.If I had to pick a dessert it would be mint chocolate chip ice cream.The people that would cook it would be strangers and they will cook it and then deliver it to my house and I will eat it on my couch.

If I was the head of the school for the day I would have ice cream for recess and at the end of the day because I think those will be the best parts of the day for ice cream.I will also have recess be 7 hours which is all day and we will have a really big slide.In P.E. we would play three games and they will be zookeeper,crazy ball,and monster ball.First,we will play monster ball because that is my favorite game in P.E..Then we will play zookeeper  because I like that game too.Last we will play crazy ball because I think that will be a game I want to play last.If I were the head of the lower school for the day I would have ice cream ,recess all day ,and play the games I want to play in P.E..

During winter break I will be going to Great Wolf Lodge.When I go to Great Wolf Lodge I will bring a few people and they will be my mom,,my brother Jake,and his friend ,Luke, and a friend from school.When I’m there I will do lots of things like sleep,eat,play,and go down the water slide.The thing I want to do the most is go down the water slide.

When I’m one hundred years old my job will be a doctor because I like to help people.I will have a wife named Abby and I will have four kids named Bobby,Jimmy,Lily,and Mae.I will live in the Bahamas in Stanel Key.When I have free time I will go to the beach and swim with pigs.
